My husband and I have been privileged to have Dr Truty as our primary Dr for over 3 years now and we could not be happier. Dr. Truty is very patient and thorough in providing care. The appointments are never rushed and she takes the time to make sure all issues are addressed and that I'm clear on plan of action. The staff are great as well, especially Annie, they are friendly and helpful and make sure you are not waiting on your appointment. The program at Balanced Physician Care is reasonable and I love having full access to my Dr even after hours. About 4 years ago I began having severe illnesses that were debilitating. I qualified for disability, something that I never thought would happen to me. I have seen more than 30+ doctors and specialists. Many painful tests. Dr Truty was a God sent for me. We sat down during my first meeting, and she listened to my story. She listened compassionately. She did not rush me. I had been used to 5-10 minutes with a doctor and had great difficulty getting appointments. This is NOT the case at Dr Truty's practice. This is what medicine should be. Balanced Physician Care makes you feel like a well cared for person. You aren’t treated like a number. My concerns were addressed in a way that was stress free.Before Balanced Physician Care, I would delay seeking treatment until I felt that a doctor visit would be worth the money I’d have to pay. Balanced Physician Care’s price transparency takes away the fear of cost and allows me to seek treatment whenever I need it. I have always felt like I can ask Dr. Truty anything at anytime—and know that she genuinely cares. Well done Balanced Physician Care!
