Absolutely love love love this office!! I can’t say enough great things about the staff and Dr. Hottinger. My puppy, Bodhi, LOVES coming here and seeing everyone. They love, care, and treat him as if he were their own fur baby and it’s truly a relief knowing we can come here and Bodhi feels just as comfortable here as he does at home. Rachel at the front desk is amazing with always accommodating to my crazy work schedule, and our vet tech Jamie is terrific with him - from our first visit ever she created a sweet bond with Bodhi. He never wants to leave.

I cannot say enough great things about the team at Crosswater PV. My pup fell ill late on a Friday afternoon and I desperately wanted to avoid going to an ER. Our regular vet couldn’t get us in so they referred us to their sister office at Crosswater in Nocatee. Dr Hottinger and her team worked us in 10 minutes before close and stayed well after close to make sure she was taken care of. The techs were incredibly friendly and supportive and made us feel at home despite the fact they were working late on a Friday. They explained everything clearly so I understood exactly what was going on. I cannot thank these folks enough.
