Our air conditioner gave out during the peak of summer, and we were in a panic. After calling a few places, we chose this company based on their positive reviews, and I'm so glad we did. From the initial phone call, the office staff was professional and reassuring, and they were able to schedule a technician to come out the very next morning.
The technician, Mike, arrived right on time and was incredibly courteous. He put on shoe covers before entering the house and took the time to listen to our description of the problem.
