Absolutely Amazing!!! Hotel GM here and had a major HVAC issue on a Friday that would have affected a party of 220 people. I called and Daniel answered the phone. He said he knew the property and would get in his vehicle and drive over. He was here in 10 minutes and had everything I needed setup before close of business. Top notch service and products. It's a rarity these days to find a company that actually exceeds your expectations. United Rentals is that exception. Daniel is knowledgable, efficient, punctual, and friendly. It was truly a pleasure to do business with him. From the initial phone call it was literally hours before we had a 12 ton temporary AC unit installed and running. Good old fashioned customer service that you can be proud to refer to anyone in need.
