Robert is a great technician, very friendly and professional. He is always diligent about keeping me informed of maintenance item's to help prevent any type of infestations and is very accommodating of my busy schedule.
Koreen was very professional and understanding took his time very detailedtook picturesto show what he did put things back very neatly. . first time didn't work I call and he came back the 2nd time and it' looks like its working so far.very happy.
Let me start by saying when Leon pulled up to my house he picked up a Christmas Bush that had blown over. He even picked up some dirt that had fallen over. Loved him instantly. After an hour his manager stopped by to help out (Daniel) and he showed up in the car with the ears. I had wondered if they still had these cars. I referred to him as Mickey Mouse and he used the voice to fill the role. A third truck came with Mr. Flash. They did a thorough job! So impressed. I may be the talk of the neighborhood with 3 vehicles here but for sure will not have the most termites now. Thank you, Team Pompano!
