I was constantly being updated as to arrival time. He arrived on the early side of the time estimate. For the moment it seems that the problem that I was experiencing has been corrected. I will know by end of this weekend if the fix worked, only because the problem does not manifest itself until after 10-12 hours of the A/C unit running continuously.
Starting from getting the quote from Jeff until the units were installed, it was very impressive professional job throughout. The installing crew was absolutely knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I can’t say enough about how good this company is.
