As a board member who is responsible for my community, I would like to state how pleased I am with our experience with Southern Certified, amd in particular, Eric Seiden and Duane Hennarichs. this company is professional, responsible and responsive. Having interviewed several roofing companies for our community, Southern Certified won our bid and our business. Their promise to deliver the best quality product at the best price is a reality. We recently completed a 32 unit condo roofing project in Wilton Manors. With honesty and integrity, Eric, Duane, Herman and the entire crew were a pleasure to work with. Always honest, upfront and managed to rectify any problem that may have occurred. Professional company from start to finish. Solid contract covering all details, available by phone, email and on site project manager. Roof completed quickly, within 2 weeks inclusive of inspections. Very competitive price. I highly recommend the company and project manager Johna especially.

Southern Certified Inc is more than a roofing contractor. It is a company that also cares for its community. Last week the co. put a donation ad for some left over paint. I would like to thank Southern Certified Inc for several gallons of paint I got to paint my house exterior and Ms Cray’s courtesy for her time and travel to arrange the pick up.
