Our condo community, of 152 units, recently contracted with Smart Coat, to clean and paint our entire buildings. It is so refreshing to deal with this company as their professionalism, detailed work, clean-up and friendliness went above and beyond all expectations. Outstanding Work by Smart Coat Painting – Highly Recommended!
I want to give a huge shoutout to Smart Coat Painting for the absolutely fantastic job they did in our community. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for the property and residents were top-notch.

This company and the people who work with it are incredibly talented. Our community just had 112 houses painted, including trim, shutters and masonry. They coordinated color combinations which provided equitable solutions for one coat and more than satisfactory color selections. They also Offered clamshell cleaning and painting as an extra. The communication with the supervisor was admirable as he dealt with every single detail before and after completion..
