I’m a resident at Tennis Club Davis Building and just wanted to mention how great our building has turned out! Everything looks amazing, and I really appreciate all the work that has gone into making it this way.
I also wanted to recognize Chris, who played a big part in making sure everything was done correctly and that things were completed the way they should be. His attention to detail and dedication really made a difference.
Thank you to everyone involved for all the hard work!
The Smart Coat team did a great job painting the house. We had a change of heart about the paint color, and they accommodated the change and quickly sent an addendum to the paint order. Samuel and his team handled the color change and made sure the recent continuous downpours did not damage the paint. Ana performed the final walkthrough; I called her continuously during the color change, and she coordinated with her office. These people are professional and know what they are doing. I recommend Smart Coat to anyone who wants to paint their house or get their roof cleaned.
Very Professional crew! They cleaned up, came on time left as promised no complaints whatsoever will definitely recommend them for my next business and projects as well as personal residential. The team handled themselves way beyond expected. My wife is happy what matters also !
