I had a wonderful experience at this eye institute. The staff are very pleasant, welcoming and professional. From the receptionist, the check in/out people and the medical staff. The doctors are patient, attentive and highly knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions. I felt well cared for throughout my visit. I highly recommend.

The Rand Eye Institute is a hospital one of the finest I've ever encountered as far as professionalism as highest level I don't have surgery so I was a little apprehensive but that was immediately taken away from my thoughts as soon as I entered the building because from the moment I stepped in I knew I was in safe hands they run this three-story building with an operating room on the first floor like a boutique hospital i've had two eye cataract surgeries in the month of July 2025 as a result of long COVID every moment you are there you are getting the finest care a shoutout to Debbie Rand who assured me I would be well taken care of to Dr, David... read full review

Let talk for real! I have been in a medical device world for 10+ years and they understand good patient care as well as customer service. If you step into this Institute and have the opportunity to meet Gina, Anita or Heydi- Life changes immediately. This is what the definition of patient care should be and should look like. Five stars all the way
