So friendly and professional. We are on tour from Nashville and he came and rescued us when the back windshield shattered. On top of that, he went above and beyond by vacuuming out the shattered glass. Quick service, amazing response time, and such a class act. Thank you SO MUCH!!!
I went to my car dealership for an electrical issue. While waiting for the inspection a representative fromService Pros Auto Glass advised me to replace my windshield that was cracked at no cost from my pocket. He explained the process and helped me to do it on a Saturday and on Tuesday I had my replacement in a timely manner. Thank you.
I cannot recommend R&R Auto Glass Inc enough, seriously 5 stars all the way. Rafael helped me replace the windshield on my 2016 Subaru Impreza and the entire experience was AMAZING from start to finish.
First of all, they gave me the best price I could find anywhere. Rafael was incredibly nice, professional, responsive, and honest throughout the whole process. He gave me an accurate time estimate, explained everything clearly, and there was absolutely no nonsense or upselling, just straight to the point and excellent service.
