George Maragoudakis has been great to work with. He helped make all of my selections on Tile, Vanities, and other items. He also provided support when I needed additional materials throughout my installation. Superior customer service as well as good person.
Erika Lopez has been very helpful as well in expediting the process.
I love this place, and I've never had a problem with customer service. I've worked with Janette Ortiz when I originally built my house in Fort Lauderdale about ten years ago, and since then I worked with Aline Gruber on two kitchen renovations on other properties I own. I've always found the quality of everything I've purchased there to be exceptional, from bathroom vanities to sink fixtures to tiles. And IMO there's a lot to be said for European styling. Both Aline and Janette have been great to work with. They've been nothing but professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience before but service seems to have declined recently. Minimal to no response from employees when a new customer comes into the store , and no effort to even ask if you're finding what you need. Selection was average and we left after a few minutes and ended up finding great quality products close by
