I love this place, and I've never had a problem with customer service. I've worked with Janette Ortiz when I originally built my house in Fort Lauderdale about ten years ago, and since then I worked with Aline Gruber on two kitchen renovations on other properties I own. I've always found the quality of everything I've purchased there to be exceptional, from bathroom vanities to sink fixtures to tiles. And IMO there's a lot to be said for European styling. Both Aline and Janette have been great to work with. They've been nothing but professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience before but service seems to have declined recently. Minimal to no response from employees when a new customer comes into the store , and no effort to even ask if you're finding what you need. Selection was average and we left after a few minutes and ended up finding great quality products close by
Been there before and had a good experience but this time we walking in with a few other customers and no one even acknowledged any of us. We looked around for a few minutes passing several employees and no response at all, they just looked up from the desk then heads back down. Other than that the selection was just ok. Ended up finding some great quality products just across the street.
