I had an issue with my AC stopped working. Jamal my maintenance tech came on time, fully equipped, knowledgeable, very professional. Very respectful to my property, wearing boot covers all the time. All the concerns were addressed, we got a great deal for a yearly maintenance plan and the issue was fixed. I highly recommend this company to anyone, great job guys! Thanks you
I have had 2 appointments this week and both were no shows. I have asked for a manager to contact me and I'm still waiting. Update: A Service Manager called me and we have resolved the issue. I was also given a large discount as an act of good faith.
