Jacob was great! I needed an electrical outlet for a condensation pump for my HVAC. He was able to install the outlet via my ceiling above the HVAC with very little cutting and no mess. I was expecting to have a mess to clean up and a large hole patched; I was pleasantly surprised that I was wrong. The hole is so small there is nothing to patch and there was no mess left behind. Also, Jacob was very polite and on time. A great experience all around; thank you Jacob!
I can't say enough good things about Francis. My job was pretty complicated. It required physically tracking old wiring for the entire house to get to the root of the problem. Francis patiently explained the process of what needed to be done, step by step, so I had a good understanding of the scope of the project. He was the first to get into the attic to assess the situation. To make a long story short, Francis made the wise decision of bringing in a team to assist in making the entire house safe.
