We were using this company for a few years and most of that time was successful results. Then we had an employee treat our grass with the wrong product and it hurt or killed most of our grass. after speaking with managment they promised they would help bring it back. We have given it ample time(over a 6months) and after many encounters unfortunatly we only have had crab grass grow back ( its now a year later). Evertime they send someone to talk to us they say what they need to do to help the lawn or that they will speak to their boss. after that no one returns or calls us back... they only show up on their schedule visits, when your not home to meet them. How they are still in business is baffling to me. Field techs do not listen, or apply proper coverage to the yard, can't ever get in touch with anyone in the office after leaving mutable voicemails over numerous days in a row, management is rude and do not care to listen without interjecting their brainless thoughts. Do yourself a favor and find a different company to give your business to, you will be thoroughly disappointed with Maximum Pest Control and Lawn Fertilization
