Trayvon the specialist was punctual. He came in and asked direct questions about where I was seeing termite activity. He investigated the areas and treated them. I am extremely pleased with the quality of service received. I have a membership with the company, so the treatments come at a discount and their service is quick.
I’d like to highly recommend Victor and thank him for the excellent pest control service he provided at our home today. He was kind, attentive, and took the time to ask questions, listen to our concerns, and explain everything thoroughly.
We were seriously considering canceling our service, but after his visit today, we’ve decided to continue. His professionalism and care truly made all the difference. Thank you, Victor!
