Heat wasn’t working. Called Lindstrom on a Sunday and they had a guy, Jermaine, at my house within two hours. Jermaine opened up the air handler, quickly and confidently identified the issue and repaired quickly. A far superior experience compared to other HVAC companies I’ve had out who didn’t seem to know much more than I do about HVAC. Highly recommend.
We needed a new faucet installed in a rush and technician called to see if he could come “early” which helped us out on our timing. The technician was friendly, very patient and kept asking us if we had questions about the install. He was knowledgeable about the overall plumbing of our older home and offered many helpful hints on maintenance. His customer engagement was exceptional and you will not find that level of customer service in many places. I had a great experience and would use them again.
Had a terribly rusty flange on my garbage disposal and couldn't replace it myself. Anthony did a tremendous job and was very pleasant. Service was same-day, but it was pricey.
