Was having issues with my AC and spent hundreds of dollars having different companies diagnose the issue. Unfortunately the whole unit needed replaced. From the second the service technician arrived, I knew I trusted this company. Adil was very knowledgeable and included me in all his tests. He not only informed me of everything he was doing, but he showed me and told me why. When it came to installing the unit, the owner was super helpful in giving me all of my options and supplying me with different estimates that matched my budget. Excellent service from start to finish! I spoke with the owner, Michael Marin and told him of my issue and he sent a technician to check my A/C unit expeditiously. I got a phone call from Maria, the office manager, to advise that the technician, George, was enroute and would be arriving in 30 minutes. Once George arrived and assessed the situation, he quickly went to work and resolved my issue. Though it was a minor fix, the whole team at License to Chill handles every call like we are family. Always thankful for the License to Chill team!
