I recently completed training with Jon Madden from IC Realtime and had an excellent experience.
Jon was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the training. He took the time to thoroughly explain the platform, answer questions, and provide real-world examples that were relevant to our system. His ability to break down configuration into understandable concepts made the training both productive and engaging.
