Great company with awesome and honest technicians. Always on time with plenty of communication. Always polite, professional and leave my home spotless. I highly recommend Greentree!
I absolutely do recommend GreenTree! I began using them a few years ago when I needed to replace my two AC units. Since then, I have had them service my units and when I did a renovation, I had them add a split and mini split. Their technicians are always polite, professional, organized, and neat. Also, I don’t recall a time when they needed to return because they didn’t properly repair something. It was done right the first time. The office staff is also always polite, helpful, and responsive. The owner, Chad Aiken, will sometimes check to see how things are going. We purchased our Trane AC from GreenTree 2 years ago. On past Thursday our unit had issues and cease running Chad the owner took charge abd sent a technician to identify the issue and worked the entire weekend to contact Trane and locate the required fan pump and had a technician at 830am today (Monday) install the part and run full diagnostics and reset the unit. During this process Chad has been in constant contact with the tech Jonathan to ensure the service and reset. In today's day and age its a pleasant surprise. Thank you Chad and Jonathan.
