Great Southern has been taking care of my pest control needs for a full year now and I cannot say enough great things about them! Extremely responsive, very knowledgable, reliable, trustworthy, and all-around a great company!! They show up on time, and take care of the problem in a timely manner. Evance was on time, presented a professional and friendly image, did a very thorough inspection of our home and explained his findings and recommendations in a clear and concise way. I was very pleased with this Tecnician.
Keeping it simple, but i had to close Friday on my first home, which was exactly three days out. I was using the VA loan to get the home. On Tuesday I was told we needed to treat the front door for termites or we wouldn’t get approved for closing. This was Tuesday! At 4pm! In a panic I called multiple places hoping i could get someone to come out early tomorrow. All I kept getting was “we need to inspect and then schedule treatment” even though I already had a report.
