Alfonso and his crew came out to inspect the new doors as water was coming in from the storm on Saturday. He cleaned out the drain holes then added 2 more to ensure the water would drain properly. When he was done he noticed the locking mechanism wasn’t engaging properly so he fixed that issue as well by widening the pin holes and making them deeper. I forgot my wife mentioned it the last time she closed the door. Great guys and quick work.
BNT Impact Windows and Doors did an exceptional job! Leo, Pedro, Ramon and Yani nailed the installation and today, Mark and Alfonso arrived for pre-inspection as well as final trim installation.

A special thank you to Leo Padron and his crew — they were absolutely superb. They discovered that my house had solid cinder block cement poured through all the walls, which made the installation much more difficult than anticipated. They had to carve through the cement to make the windows fit, yet even with that unplanned challenge, they still managed to finish everything ahead of schedule — in just one day and a few hours!
