In a very tough market to sell a home this year, our broker, Richard Morrison, worked very hard to help us finally sell our home. He was always in touch with us, holding open houses regularly, and I would recommend him very highly. He also helped us buy a new condo to move into that we are very happy with.
Nicholas Rendina definitely gave my family a chance at having a better life. he believed in us, and got us a place so we could raise our little boy. he was thorough, very kind, very informative, helpful, and just an all around great choice if youre looking for a realtor in the Broward/Dade/Palm Beach areas.
