I needed a loan on an investment property I was satisfied with the straight shooters that the folks at EquityMax are. They serve a purpose and make loans that few others do. If they tell you they’ll make the loan,…they WILL!! I have read some of their other Google reviews. I can pretty much guarantee you that these come from disgruntled borrowers who have dug their own hole with lies about their property’s title, bad credit, late payments, NSFs, or maybe not insuring their property. I wouldn’t be surprised if some were foreclosed on or went bankrupt. If you deal in good faith and meet your obligations, no lender will do you wrong, and certainly not these folks. If you play it straight, you will not be surprised by anything. And, don’t mistake any promises from an independent loan originator with those of EquityMax’s. They are separate entities. EquityMax sends a full term/disclosure sheet after you apply. Just READ IT!! Any questions? Ask them. I did. And I received a clear explanation.
