I recently had to change cleaning companies for my medical practice, and after doing extensive research, I came across Anago. From the very beginning, I was highly impressed by their prompt response and professionalism. I first met with Iris, who conducted a detailed walkthrough of my office and carefully listened to all my concerns. After I hired Anago and a team was assigned to my practice, Orly took over as the account manager. Once again, I was impressed by the consistent follow-up and professionalism. She checks in with me once a week just to ensure the team is doing a great job. I cannot recommend Anago enough!

Vanessa from customer service was super nice , she connected me with Iris - the field coordinator which was amazing by her professionalism and personality.
We received an accurate quote that was reasonable and after we agreed on the terms, Iris came again with Josue the operation manager and Suan which will be our cleaning person to review the space and finalize everything.
