They are amazing at identifying issues and performing high quality repairs. I personally have a BMW M3 and am very picky about who I trust working on it. BMW dealers are very expensive and I find they don't spend enough time diagnosing the issues or will default to the most expensive repair. I trust this shop and have used them on several occasions, including major engine work. This is a small independent shop and although they are very busy, they're definitely worth the wait.
