Came to Giant Tires for the first time because one of my tires kept leaking air and I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. They got me in quickly, found the issue, and had it fixed within minutes. Everyone was friendly, professional, and honest. On top of that, they didn’t even charge me for the repair. Definitely earned a new customer — highly recommend!
Was recommended to go to Tires Plus in Pompano Beach Florida by a co-worker/friend and her husband as they have been going for years whenever they need new tires. I had a nail close to the sidewall in my drivers side rear tire that had to be replaced. My other 3 tires were also checked and one was starting to dry rot and I ended up replacing all 4 tires. The service tech also did a brake inspection and my brakes are good for probably another 6-8 months ( Thank goodness) and my car battery ( purchased in Oct 2023) was needing to be replaced also as per their battery reader that indicated such. Being a single mother, I'm always leary of mechanics, but these guys went above and beyond to help me and my teenage son yesterday. I can't say how grateful I am that I stopped in there before work.
