It is never easy dealing with the loss of a loved one, especially trying to work through the details as you are greiving and mourning such a painful loss. American Cremations stepped in for my family and helped ease the process for me. From the moment I first called, I spoke with Ken, who was patient, understanding, and supportive; Ken basically took the reigns of everything for me. It was only a few hours after my first call with Ken that my grandmother passed, and within less than an hour American Cremations had arrived. I highly recommend American Cremations. The owner John and his assistant, Judy, were knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. At a very emotional and stressful time they were patient, educated me on their services and explained all reasonable charges. There were no hidden fees.
It’s been 4 year that I went to John for my dads Cremation. John was a pleasure and made a hard situation go smooth. I do thank him and Judy for making it easy. I recommended them to a co-working as she’s starting to prepare for what the future will bring. 🙏🏻
