I have been a customer of Air Flow Concepts for a while now. They have serviced my AC unitwhen I had air conditioner problems a few times and were very prompt in coming out, and the price was reasonable. Unfortunately, recently, I needed a new Air Conditioner unit and they quoted me a price better than other companies. I am very pleased with the work that they have done installing that unit and making sure that they cleaned up all the debris. The owners, Molly and Shiva, are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend their company.

Shiva the owner goes out of ways to make everything happen with all customers. He would work past dinner time. I know because he was at an home to finish his work. Only thing was office woman was not professional. She is an Karen. Great company. I would definitely recommend.

This is hands down the most professional experience I have ever had with a company that does air. I met Shiva was was amazing he told me I would get a call with an estimate same day and I did. Molly called gave me the estimate and scheduled an appointment for the next day as I told her this was urgent for me. Aron and Clint we ON TIME AND SO PROFESSIONAL WOW! They wore bootes on their shoe to not mess my house up and put plastic everywhere they would be working. They cleaned all my AC Duct, hand washed and cleaned all the metal vent things.
