Timothy consistently goes above and beyond every time he services our property. Not only does he handle the pest control professionally and thoroughly, but he also takes the extra step of wiping down our pool cage, which is over 18 feet tall. That level of effort and attention to detail is rare these days.
What really stands out is his professionalism and customer service. He always takes the time to ask if I have any questions or concerns, and if I do, he addresses them promptly and thoroughly. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about doing the job right and making sure his customers are happy.

Tim is absolutely fantastic !! He is a rare find in giving exceptional customer service and very knowledgeable about pests!! Our German roach visitors have been removed and we couldn’t be happier!! Tim answered every question we had, replied to text messages when we had questions after treatment was done and we never felt like we were a bother to him. I never felt like my service was rushed or only somewhat done. The price was outstanding for 2 treatments and the service far exceeded my expectations and we will highly recommend him and the company to everyone we know.
Very happy with the Bugstinct. Our Technician JC explained all the steps he was going to do and that really relieved a lot of the anxiety in the process. We did an inspection and they were back in a week to go forward with the option that we decided on. I felt very confident in the treatment plan and I would gladly reach out again for any other issues that pop up especially if it was JC serving us again!
