And if i have any kind of issue in future i will call him for that too!"“

“Brian and sons (AKA Spartan Trade) are very diligent workers who expect the best outcomes from everything they work on. They have installed a beautiful tile backsplash with nice looking grout. Subsequently when I let the kitchen faucet overflow my sink for 15-20 minutes, Spartan came in for what should have been a small job of replacing laminate flooring to repair it, but ended up finding old termite damage covered up by the previous owner (evidenced by a poor attempt at repairs). Spartan ended up needing to replace floor joists in several portions, remove/reinstall insulation, underlayment, sub-floor, Jacked up the home 1.5 inches where it has sunk, new vinyl laminate and painting the entire area which is now beautiful. I have sent pictures which I believe Brian will upload showing what they did and how wonderful it is now. Very heartily recommend Spartan Trade Solutions.“

“John was very professional over the phone on the initial call, called prior to our scheduled first appointment to verify we were still good to meet. Arrived on time, listened closely as I described what I wanted done, took pictures and notes and told me that he would email me an official quote that evening. Just as promised the quote arrived, I agreed to everything we discussed and his pricing as it was extremely fair with the understanding that if he found any surprises while performing the work he would contact me so we could discuss.
As the house is vacant he showed up on the day we agreed on and started working. On the second day he did encounter worse conditions on a portion of the woodwork, he sent me pictures and told me that it was going to be more work than originally thought. His additional price was fair and I told him to add the extra to the bill.
John did a fantastic job going above and beyond what I had expected and I was extremely pleased with all the work he did. I would highly recommend him and his company for any services you may need around your house.
