He took the time to explain everything to me in great detail, answered all of my questions, listened to my concerns, and made sure I understood what was happening and what needed to be done. You could truly see how much he cares about the animals he treats. My dog was handled with so much love, gentleness, and compassion, and that meant more to me than I can put into words.
