We had a truly amazing experience with this team and the one at Kissimmee animal hospital. Our cat went through a horrible experience of getting cancer which eventually led to his leg being amputated. Dr. Volpe, Dr. Jill and Dr. Tappy have been just amazing through this entire process. Answering every call, getting us in last minute when he was having complications, being support to us. We are new to the area and have nothing but great experiences with this team. Highly recommend taking your cats here

a business who invests in rude front desk staff is not a place i’ll be taking any of my pets too 😄 i called to make an appt for my dog as a first time patient and then hung up and immediately found another vet. farther from me, and more expensive. i see the other reviews about the receptionist being rude was not wrong. good luck!

We’ve been taking our dogs Brody and Ronnie to Poinciana Pet Clinic and have had a very positive experience. The staff is always friendly and professional, and the veterinarians take time to explain care and answer our questions. Brody and Ronnie seem calm and well-cared-for during their visits, and we appreciate the compassionate, attentive care they receive. Taken my cat here a few times and every time they were so sweet and definitely made sure he was well taken care of. They were quick and efficient. It's a bonus that they aren't too far away.

The Vet assistant and the veterinarian they both are amazing, both take their time and listen and help with all the concerns. I'm traveling with my pippy and she look for information to make my puppy ready with all the shots and papper work to travel. I do really appreciate that detail.

I remember going here for my rotweiler... this one vet tech was BEYOND judgy... she was really passive aggressive... and kept rolling her eyes at me...

Bev only went to Poinciana Pet Clinic for an allergy shot, but the vet tech was terrific, she got a correct weight and gave her the shot so quickly, Bev never saw it coming!
