It's ok but not what i requested I even showed pictures and the young lady at the front took pictures on her phone and asked for his tail not to be touched and cut his hair way too short he's a havanese he's not supposed to look so shaved up..... I will bring him back a second time with the same request that I gave the first time. Hopefully, they will follow what I asked.

This place is always beautifuly decorated and the people here are so kind. My dog has always been afraid of taking baths but she loves coming here. They always leave her very clean. I love how they have a bunch of supplies for your pets and they also have treats for them.

I was extremely apprehensive because my dogs have had a groomer for about 2 years now that I was happy with but I wanted to try Furry Tails cuz I've heard a lot of good things about them and they did not disappoint my dogs look beautiful thank you Furry Tails. They did so much better than my other groomer and they're a lot closer.

My little shih tzu is 17 years old and is not the most cooperative of dogs for the grooming procedure. The groomer was very patient with her and despite Joey's wiggling around, did a very nice job.

I love Lilly and her crew! She is so good with my bunnies Apollo and Oreo. She grooms them so beautifully and handles them with such great care.
