Doctor is great. The portal’s sucks. Trying to find out my biopsy results is horrible. Call the number and goes to voicemail saying someone will get back to you in 72 hours. Called back after 3 days and someone actually answered and was very nice and gave me all my information in 2 minutes. That should have happened 3 days ago. Fix it

I had an excellent experience at Associates in Dermatology with Lillianne Nassar. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. They made the check-in process smooth and stress-free.
The doctor’s assistant was also wonderful and very thorough in explaining everything before the procedure. I truly appreciated how transparent they were about the pricing upfront.
The procedure itself went smoothly, and Lillianne bedside manner was exceptional. She was gentle, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I felt comfortable and well cared for the entire time.

My appointment was on time and quick but not rushed. I felt listened to, staff took the time to ask questions, provided multiple care options, and even ran tests that other places never did. I’ll keep coming here for any issues I have in the future!
