My appointment was for 10:00 am am and i was in my car heading home by 10: 30 am and they done a whole body check and took a couple of biopsies and froze a few areas. They worked like a well oiled machine. That’s great team work.

Great location for your dermatology needs. The Dr was nice, listened to my concerns, and went above and beyond to provide an excellent experience. The staff was kind, and welcoming, and they got me through the process of my yearly skin check, and mole removal quick and painlessly. If you live in the area I would recommend this dermatologist office.

The Poinciana office is great. Dr. Dr Secha Did an excellent surgery on my leg. I can't even see where he sewed me up. All the office staff is kind and professional . I would have given a Five Star review but their phone people are horrible. They don't call you back. The phone people are not at the Poinciana office. I give the phone answering people a minus one. They are irresponsible . I wonder how many other people are having problems. I almost was going to switch Dermatology places but the doctor and the staff are great in Poinciana. All I can suggest is to switch or get rid of the people who answer the phone at the call center. You make Associate in Dermatology look bad. I am hoping Cindy Miller the supervisor of the offices read this. Your call center needs a lot of training.
