My mom has been admitted to westside a few times over the years since she and my dad live right by the hospital. This time (2 weeks again) she went in very ill. Everyone from Dr Mack and his ER team to the primary : Dr. Aneja and her residents, to Dr. Shanker and his team, and Dr Steinman (her cardiologist) and his team and last but not least Dr. Sanger all treated my mom with the best care and compassion they could give her! The team of drs worked together to get her better and continuously undated my dad and I on my mom’s progress. I’m thankful to all of those drs and their expertise!
Cant say enough about the wonderful care from the nurses, staff and doctors!We are all so grateful for the expert care, careful and accurate diagnosis and most of all for the amazing , comforting, professional and loving care of the nurses at ICU, ER and step floor.Having had a bit of concerns and worry about this hospital- they were all put to rest .Many nurses to mention but here are a few from ICU: Neli, Arielle, Leilaini, Danielle, Melissa, Andrea, Steven, Mauricio, Manuel and the charge nurses. In ER and first floor I forget names - Kellyanne in ER.We are grateful for your answering the call and vocation to care for others!
Had my first outpatient surgery yesterday at Westside Hospital. I was really pleased with the level of care starting from the moment I walked in from the front desk providing a wheel chair for me and showing true concern for me hopping in on one leg. Judy registered me and quickly got me ready for the nurse to come get me. Before I saw the nurse, they kindly wheeled me to the restroom so I could be comfortable prior to going in for surgery. My nurse Mac and V were very sweet and showed genuine care for me during each step to make me feel like I knew what the process was and to feel as comfortable as possible.
