I have been coming to this salon for several years, and unfortunately, the stylists and staff seem to change frequently. I scheduled an appointment with Diana because she has consistently provided efficient service and ensures I receive exactly the service I requested. Timeliness is very important to me, and she has always met those expectations. In the past, some appointments have taken as long as 50 minutes instead of the usual 30, while Stephanie, who was excellent and completed my appointments in about 25 minutes, is no longer at the Plantation location.
At my most recent appointment, I specifically booked with Diana. However, when I arrived, she checked me in and walked away without any explanation, which I found unusual. Another employee then washed my hair. While I have previously experienced one person washing my hair and another stylist completing the blowout, this time I was informed that since Diana serviced another one of her clients. As a result, she (I think her name was Crystal) would be doing my blowout in order to “balance out the books,” which I was told is company policy. She didn't even ask me how I would prefer to have my have dried. I had to tell her which side I wear my bangs.
I found this very disappointing and unprofessional. If I specifically book an appointment with a particular stylist, I expect to receive services from that stylist—not to have appointments reassigned for scheduling or bookkeeping purposes. Overall, this experience reflected poor customer service.

I recently had an issue with an experience here after being a longtime client, and I think it says a lot about a business how they handle concerns when something doesn’t go perfectly.
James, one of the owners, personally took the time to call me and speak with me at length about what happened. He was kind, professional, understanding, and genuinely cared about making things right. By the end of the conversation, I felt heard, valued, and very appreciative of the way my concerns were handled.
That level of customer care and accountability is rare, and it reminded me why I’ve continued coming here for years. This is an honest business run by good people who truly care about their clients and their reputation.
I will absolutely continue being a loyal customer, and I would highly recommend anyone in the Plantation or Fort Lauderdale area to visit their locations for hair services. Their blowouts are beautiful, and it’s clear the owners genuinely care about the experience they provide their clients.

I have NEVER experienced such unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful service in my life. From the second I walked into this salon, the attitude was disgusting. The staff acted bothered that customers even existed, rolling their eyes, whispering to each other, and treating people with zero basic respect.
The salon itself looked dirty, unorganized, and honestly felt chaotic. I went in expecting professionalism and left feeling completely scammed. The stylist rushed through everything like they were doing me a favor, ignored what I asked for, and somehow managed to make my hair look WORSE than before I came in. Uneven work, careless handling, and absolutely no attention to detail.
What shocked me most was the attitude. Instead of fixing mistakes, they became defensive, rude, and dismissive. Customer service clearly does not exist there. It felt like they cared more about gossiping and being on their phones than actually doing their jobs.
I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy wasting your money, your time, and leaving stressed out and disappointed. There are plenty of salons out there with talented people who actually respect their clients. This place is a complete disaster.
