This is a great place. I go with my wife and get a pedicure the chair-it gives a great massage. The providers are very good at what they do

My granddaughter recommended this location. When i arrived for the first time to my appointment I instantly felt grateful for her suggestion. I had the chance to meet Eric, Van and Steven. All I can say is WOW, they’re phenomenal. Thank you so much for making my day special. I would definitely recommend this location at Plantation Walk. The staff at the front desk also gets 5 stars. ♥️

I’ve been getting my nails done with Mariana for over 8 months now, and I absolutely love it! She is so detail oriented and always makes sure I don’t have any allergic reactions (I have very sensitive skin). She takes her time to clean my nails and toes perfectly every time.
She even offers me coffee, which I love it makes the whole experience feel so relaxing and special. It’s truly my favorite self-care time!
I usually get my nails done every 3–4 weeks, but this time they lasted a full 5 weeks and were still intact. Such an amazing job! thank you, Mariana! 💖

My experience at this salon was disappointing from start to finish. From the moment I arrived for my scheduled appointment, the receptionist was rude and dismissive, making me feel like I was inconveniencing her simply by showing up. Mind you, my appointment was booked weeks ago.
For my pedicure, I had Nayeli as my technician. I mentioned that it had been a few months since I’d been able to get a pedicure, and throughout the service she repeatedly made exaggerated facial expressions and widened her eyes in a way that made me feel uncomfortable and judged. I honestly felt embarrassed and caught off guard by the rude mean girl behavior. To make matters worse, she abruptly got up and walked away without saying a single word, so I had no idea my service was even finished. The entire interaction felt incredibly unprofessional and bizarre.
Unfortunately, things only got worse during my nail appointment with Blossom. I had specifically booked a service that included nail designs, but the appointment felt rushed from beginning to end and the designs were never done because it was clear she wanted to go home. This is the second time I’ve schedule a design with Blossom and was not given the service I asked for. At that point, I was so uncomfortable and exhausted by the experience that I didn’t even bother correcting it — I just wanted the appointment to be over.
What made the situation even more shocking was that, while I was still in the middle of my fill-in, another receptionist came up to me to collect payment because they were closing the shop — despite customers still actively being serviced inside. They proceeded to lock up the salon while my appointment was still ongoing.
Overall, this was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve had in years. People book self-care services to feel relaxed, cared for, and confident. Instead, I left feeling disrespected, uncomfortable, and completely dismissed. If you’re looking for a salon that actually gives you top tier customer and nail services, this is not the place.

I just went to get my nails done on 3/26/26, and honestly my experience was poor.
I’ve been here before and have had a great experience with one of the male techs, though I don’t know his name. So this isn’t much of a salon issue but the one particular tech that I had today.
I had made an appointment and come in early just to see if anyone was available to start early. A lady came up and took me to a seat where she started. first to “soak off” my dip (a service I am paying extra for) she pulls out two metal sauce bowls, pours the acetone in and tells me to put my fingers in. In previous times, my dip was removed using foils. I didn’t mind at first but I left with residue all over my fingers due to the set up of the soak off.
Second, every time she’d complete a step she would grab her phone and go on it. I don’t mind when techs have to text family really quick but it was every other second.
While doing my dip, she simply started on my bare nail. I’ve done dip for a long time. You always have a base powder before starting but she did not do that.
Third, the work was sloppy to say the least, and my cuticles are all cut up. It hurts to wash my hands because of the cuts.
My nails are fine but the work was overall sloppy and I definitely didn’t feel like I recieved the best service for what I paid.
I’ve attached pictures of my nails and cuticles and residue left on my hands after washing and scrubbing.
Overall very poor work and service for what they charge. I wish the salon as a whole would ensure that all their staff were up to protocol or had standards. I’m not sure I’ll come back but if I do I’ll make sure to book with a specific staff member.

Super cute decor and appears very clean. I have been getting builder gel with Erik for a few months and he’s phenomenal 5/5. My nails are stronger and healthier than they have ever been. Pedicures I have had with various staff and give 4/5 because my nail polish chipped off in one piece the very next day on two toes. But the treatment itself was very nice. Good location for big groups too.
