Worst place to work! Speaking from my overall,personal experiences!(am sure some other past and present employees can relate)All due to BAD MANAGEMENT!RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL,NARCISSISTBAD COORDINATOR and STAFFING! IF YOU DON'T HAVE A HAND IN ANGIE'S BACK POCKET YOU CANT GET ASSIGNED TO A Case/client!!! She would prefer to overload extra shifts and hours on her preferred group of aids/CNA,care givers!!!!!If your looking for a professional work place don't bother applying at this location! She recruites her own people/friends/ family and associates to work hers! I called the listed phone number and left a clear voicemail call with my name-the purpose of my call. Also, on a different day, I went online to request a consultation and no response. Shame on this company! Don’t even return calls or requests for consultations. I live across from their office in Plantation- horrible - I feel sorry for the people whom receive “care”from them- Horrible business!!
Selecting a home health caretaker is a big decision, but I would not hesitate for a minute in recommending SYNERGY HomeCare of Plantation as an agency you can rely on. When it comes to family, I only want the best. I choose companies that I trust and that are committed to do some good for the world. SYNERGY HomeCare is one of those companies. With no fanfare, they give back to their community by supporting events like the American Cancer Society’s Plantation- Relay For Life, the Alzheimer's Association and local youth sports. To put it simply, “They are really good people, that really care!” I believe, we need more companies like this one.
