My cat, who is terrified of vets, needed treatment. I didn't have to wait in an office. The cat was calm. Great experience. Pricey, but totally worth it.

I called for emergency service on Sunday around 12 PM, it said that the business was open on that day online. I have an outside cat that appears to have an injured or even possibly broken leg, I was told that the doctor would call me back very shortly. It is now Monday nearly 2 PM and I still have not heard back from the doctor.

Love Dr. Hefter’s mobile services for my dog and cat but tried the new office today and it was great. It’s off Broward Blvd in Plantation past Pine Island. Super easy to get to. Turn into the Marathon Gas station and make an immediate right. You can see if from the road. In back of the day care center.

Dr Hefter and his assistant were amazing with my cat Paisley. She gets a lot of anxiety going to the vet- so having them come to me and take care of her in a safe environment was the best experience. Highly recommend!!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Hefter and his team. We had initially taken my cat Pumpkin to another veterinarian because they were cheap and affordable. However, we paid the price in the long run because Pumpkin was misdiagnosed at that vet, and also given a long-lasting steroid injection which had caused her to ultimately be hospitalized there after reacting to it. Fast forward a few weeks and the original concern had returned for my cat. I scheduled Dr. Hefter to arrive at our house and the appointment could not have been easier! He was so wonderful to work with and speak to, the communication with him and his team was very quick and they were overall a joy to work with. After treating my cat for this concern, she has seemed much happier and healthier than I've seen her in a very long time. I wish we had scheduled with this veterinarian earlier before going down an expensive and unnecessary road with the previous vet clinic, this office will my go-to from now on!

We came back from a vacation to find out male thirteen year old German Shepherd was not doing well. He was a big guy and couldn't stand up, so getting him to a Vet was going to be extremely difficult. We came across Premium Vet Care while searching for a mobile vet in the area, and we were so glad we did. Dr. Hefter and his staff were beyond amazing. They came to the house and did everything they could for our boy. Dr. Hefter took his time, was caring, and compassionate. Unfortunately our boy passed away on his own. I would highly recommend Dr. Hefter to anyone in the future.
