Another customer highlighted the team's responsiveness and effective communication, particularly after an incident involving a pet. Additionally, a technician named Steve went above and beyond by addressing multiple pest issues during a routine visit. Overall, while there are mixed experiences, many recommend Nextgen Pest Solutions for their commitment to resolving pest problems and providing quality service.
Nobody likes to be invaded, so when we knew we had a critter in the attic, we called Nextgen Pest Solutions. Mario C (out of the South Florida location) took care of us. We had a small family of racoons coming in every few days just to hang out in the attic. Mario definitely took care of us. And aside from the service (closing in any possible openings on the house), Mario himself was great to work with. Friendly, professional, and thorough. We would definitely recommend Nextgen for anyone wanting a company you can trust to help secure your home!
Guy just came to my house as my dog was bit by a venomous snake and is going through treatment as we speak. I had to beg him to even make an attempt to move and check as the dog was bit in the house. All he cared about was doing some spray outside and get paid. Absolute joke. I do not recommend them at all.
Mario called me instantly and came to my house and righted the wrong. Did a thorough search. Communicated everything, the process and all aspects that we should be on the look out. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommended behind Mario guidance and leadership.
