Very demanding when it comes to qualifications, but when it comes to training and compensation from Omega expect minimum wage. they also do not pay overtime. During the interview, i found some many illegals and unethical said to me my jaw was about to drop. They will treat you like you are nothing compared to their services and will make you feel like you are a slave. benefits are HORRIBLE. Vacation time won't kick in until 90 after. many employers start right away and offer it as an incentive to attract people to work for them. BUT.. not this company. If i could, i would give them a -5.
