The paralegal Belda kept asking for information/ documents which were emailed as attachments over and over. We would send them over and she couldn’t find or keep track of them. This was email 101 for beginners… very frustrating to see such incompetence. Additionally it was like pulling teeth to finally get our settlement check because she needed additional banking information, but failed to tell us what we submitted was insufficient. We had to ask over a period of weeks where the money was since she didn’t get back to us on the matter of us providing additional banking information.
