I originally contacted Mr. Andrew Winston about a car accident I had 8 years ago. He was the ONLY attorney who scheduled time for me. Ultimately, he wasn’t able to assist me in that case. But I was so grateful for his knowledge, kindness, and professionalism. I appreciated the time he took in meeting with me.I had an odd car accident in the summer of 2022. Ms. Madeleine Mannello represented me in the case. I expected a much smaller settlement. They under-promised, but over delivered! Ms. Mannello went above and beyond by negotiating my medical bills. Andrew is a first class attorney & mediator. I've known him for years but recently I had the pleasure of using him as a mediator (the defense suggested him). It was a very tough case and Andrew worked his tail off. I had ZERO expectation beforehand the case would settle and to my surprise Andrew got it done!! It was a first class experience and I would highly recommend using him. We certainly will.
