The paralegal Belda kept asking for information/ documents which were emailed as attachments over and over. We would send them over and she couldn’t find or keep track of them. This was email 101 for beginners… very frustrating to see such incompetence. Additionally it was like pulling teeth to finally get our settlement check because she needed additional banking information, but failed to tell us what we submitted was insufficient. We had to ask over a period of weeks where the money was since she didn’t get back to us on the matter of us providing additional banking information. Nicole was very friendly and helpful . I was hesitant and nervous about talking to somebody. But she walked me through everything and really give me some peace of mind. Glad I decided to choose them.
I know some people are very skeptical about calling these big time companies especially after going through an accident and in your most vulnerable state but by God this had to be the best decision me and my husband did after his accident. We saw an ad literally like it was a sign from heaven and I decided to call and place our case in the hands of complete strangers expecting nothing but at the same time hoping for everything. He was hurt and I did not know how we would handle things moving forward...His case landed in the hands of an angel....Rocio Santana.
