Their service technician arrived on time as expected and was very thorough with explaining what was wrong with my A/C and made sure I understood by answering all of my questions. He provides with the all the info needed, but not forcing to purchase any extra service. He was straight forward, I will definitely recommend Kings Air to all my colleagues.
