I have used First Choice Inspections, Inc. a couple of times now to complete both 4-point and wind mitigation inspections. Jose and his crew are complete professionals. They arrive on time, introduce themselves, provide a business card, then set out to explain the process and what we can expect. As others have stated, his reports are clear, concise and provide the level of detail both me and our insurance companies require. It is a pleasure doing business with Jose and I highly recommend his company for any inspection work you may need.

I have used First Choice on my properties. Jose and the young man with him are excellent! Each time, the report is very detailed and the pictures are high resolution and plentiful. It is always a pleasure doing business with First Choice.

We used First Choice Inspections for a 4 point inspection for our house. They were great, they took the time to explain the process and any issues we had. Highly recommended and would use again if we need an inspection in the future.
