I drop off my daughter's riding clothes here for her horse shows. They are efficient. I don't understand the complaints from other reviewers. I don't need warm and fuzzies from my dry cleaning provider. They get the job done and that's sufficient for me to continue using them for dry cleaning services.
Customer service is non-existent, like the other reviews said, but the dry clean service was good! It was exactly as I expected as far as time/cost goes and my clothes didn’t have a lingering chemical smell when I picked them up. They even got a nasty stain out of my white blazer!
I never read the reviews before coming and I’m glad I didn’t because they probably would have scared me off. When I went in to drop off a couple blazers for dry cleaning yesterday, the man was very nice. The next day I came early to pick them up. I knew it was possible they weren’t ready which I was okay with. I was happily surprised when the same nice man told me they were ready. Very nice and very considerate.
