Based on the reviews, Chen Senior Medical Center is a must for senior medical care. The facility provides excellent care with compassion and competence. The staff and doctors are wonderful, friendly, and caring, and they never forget a patient's name. The atmosphere is excellent, with smiling workers. Patients can get medications, blood work, and x-rays done at the office, and there is urgent care on Saturdays. Same-day appointments and courtesy transportation are available. Patients can also do Zumba and tai chi classes there. Even skeptical patients have been completely won over by the warm greetings, minimal wait times, and passionate, compassionate staff. The doctors, including Dr. Harry, Dr. Dani, Dr. Dany, Dr. Leon Roumain, Diane, and Dr. Hartey, are described as caring, thorough, magnificent, and super friendly, explaining every detail carefully. Patients feel their needs are met and concerns are addressed. The experience is described as a 10 out of 10, and elder care is at its best. This place is highly recommended for complete care at one location.
Chen Senior Medical Center is a must for senior medical care! I took my Dad to this facility for his primary care after he had brain surgery and I am so impressed with the quality of care and attentiveness by the staff and the doctor he was assigned to (Dr. Bernice Gerard). I am so happy I came here and feel reassured that my father is in great hands!
I enjoy visiting my medical doctor now! The staff and doctors are so wonderful. It’s amazing how friendly they all can be all the time and how they never forget your name. I love it when I call and they say good afternoon Miss Jocelyn how are you? What can I do for you today? I can get my medication’s there. I can get blood work done there. I can get x-rays done there. There’s so much of my medical needs that can be addressed right at this office and they also have urgent care on Saturdays but any day you can call them and get an appointment the same day and their courtesy transportation is great. I am so satisfied that I chose Chen Senior for my healthcare. Everyone there is so friendly and caring. I have had a couple of times that I did not have an appointment but needed to see Dr Harry, and was told to come right in.
I would recommend Dr Harry and Chen Senior to all of my friends and family.
