I normally don’t take the time to write reviews but, I have seen plenty of Ciropractor’s and they all seem to not help, I can go on and on about how amazing she is she not only helped me with my own problems but she is in the process of helping my dog and has been spot on about everything. She will take the time to explain to you everything. Not only is she the best I’ve seen at what she does but she is also extremely kind if that counts for anything.

Excellent! Dr Carswell is wonderful. She really listened while I described where and how I hurt myself. And explained everything in detail how she was going to help me recover from my injuries. She explained every step of the way as we went along. Made some great suggestions for me to follow through with at home as far as exercises. Not only am I no longer in any pain, but I am much more flexible than I was before I went to her. And that helps make everything I do so much easier.Also a nice shout out to the staff, especially Sabrina.She was very helpful as well.The facility is clean and well run. I was promptly seen every time I went to the office. I will continue to go to Dr Carswell and the office anytime I need some adjustments.

I went with a bad sciatica pain that radiated all the way down to right foot. And also was unable to lift my left arm past certain level. I thought I tore muscle and was very afraid of surgery. On my 1st visit Dr Carswell took time to underatand whats going on and did various test to get a better picture. She formulated therapy amd excercise for my condition. After first two visits 90% motion in my arm came back and sciatica gone after my 3rd session completely . I am very grateful for her help and Yes much much relieved that I don't need any surgery!!!!! I highly recommend her.

Dr. Carswell is fantastic. She truly cares about her patients. Since going to her, I no longer need to get invasive injections in my back. I consider her a miracle maker.

After meeting with Dr. Carswell, I've been able to sleep better and fully recover from the slow onset of upper backpain caused by my extended work from home hours. With her guidance, I have strengthened by back, improved my posture and learned a lot about the functions of my body.It was not an overnight fix, I've been meeting with Dr. Carswell and staff since Aug 2020. I started with 3 visits a week when my back pain was at its worst, gradually reduced to 1 time a week, then 2 times a month, now 1 time a monthly (since Oct 2020) and soon we'll be down to just quarterly (4 times a year) or as necessary for what I'm chalking up to body maintenance.Do yourselves a favor and meet with Dr. Carswell if you want to understand why your body is aching and be limber again!

Absolutely amazing.I have been to other chiropractors who just crack you and honestly it can do more harm than good. Dr. Carswell was very attentive to my body and her adjustments were careful and brilliantly effective. A chiropractor like this is very hard to find.
